Our panel is going to start in one hour, but before it does, I got a chance to chat with one of our panelists, Carlos Dada. Carlos is an amazing journalism innovator. He founded Latin America's first digital "newspaper" and has done incredible work spreading quality information around El Salvador with limited resources. This year, our Knight International Journalism Fellowships sent Tree Elven to work with Carlos on coming up with ways to make the media outlet more financially successful. She's just been there a couple of months, but Carlos is already seeing results. In this video he talks about how her strategic business eye is giving the journalists in his newsroom great new ideas on how to do their jobs more effectively.
