US-India Energy Partnership Summit

Top officials & experts discuss US-India collaboration to
promote clean energy and combat climate change


WHAT:
Day-long talks about opportunities for U.S.-Indian partnerships to promote clean energy and combat climate change. India has rejected binding commitments to curb its greenhouse gas emissions, but is seeking help for projects that would move its growing economy in that direction.

The day will conclude with a fundraising dinner for TERI’s program, Lighting a Billion Lives.
