Parrotta assists with the implementation of ICFJ's U.S.-Pakistan Professional Partnership in Journalism Program and Alumni Media Summit. Previously, he taught English and human rights in Bucharest and Moscow. While earning a master’s degree in Human Rights at the London School of Economics, he interned at a local support center for immigration and asylum-seeker detainees. Emile is a graduate of Global Affairs from George Mason University and a Washington, D.C.-area native.
