Katelyn Ferral

Katelyn Ferral is a public affairs and investigative reporter for The Capital Times in Madison. She reports on public policy, especially policies with global reach, explaining to readers how policy affects them. Before coming to The Capital Times, Ferral covered the energy industry for the Pittsburgh Tribune Review, and government and politics for The News & Observer in Raleigh, N.C., and the Associated Press. She received a master’s degree in political science and transatlantic studies at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

During her ICFJ-UNF Fellowship, Ferral published Wisconsin researchers, regulators focus on solutions to antibiotic resistance as concern grows internationally.
