Davis reports directly to the president of ICFJ. She is responsible for supporting and aiding the president in administrative duties and ensuring smooth operations of ICFJ, as well as assisting the development director in raising annual support. Leta graduated from Oberlin College in 2010 with a B.A. in Political Science. Before coming to ICFJ, she worked as a program specialist for the American Nurses Association and as an intern for Oberlin Shansi, an international educational exchange organization.
