Dadfar assists program directors and program officers in the implementation and operation of training programs worldwide and is responsible for maintenance and organization of the ICFJ program database. Prior to working at ICFJ, Dadfar worked as an executive team leader in Human Resources with Target. She graduated from Bowling Green State University with a B.A. in French and International Studies. She studied in multiple countries including France, Burkina Faso and South Africa and speaks Farsi and French.
