Responsible for developing and implementing ICFJ's program budgets and establishing standardization and consistency in all aspects of financial planning. He has extensive international experience, most recently in Nicaragua where he worked for two months translating and helping negotiate programs with mayors of underdeveloped municipalities from around the country to bolster their economies. He earned his B.A. in Spanish and Globalization Studies from Gettysburg College and is currently pursuing a M.A. in Spanish & Latin American Studies.
