Matthew Streib has more than five years’ experience as a journalist, with special focus on the Arab World, having worked in Morocco, Egypt, Lebanon, Palestine, and Jordan, among many other countries.

He recently received a master’s degree in religion and journalism from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University.

An avid outdoorsman, he is currently on a 10,000-mile bicycle trip around the United States, visiting uniquely inspiring American religious sites and writing about them on americanpilgrimage.com.
