ICFJ, With Knight Foundation Support, Plays Role in Presidential Effort to Improve U.S-Russian Ties

On April 6, leaders of the U.S.-Russia Presidential Commission’s Education, Culture, Sports, and Media (ECSM) Working Group met to discuss the program’s continuing exchanges, which include a program for young journalists from both countries.

The International Center for Journalists (ICFJ) is now recruiting American journalists to take part in the first year of a new two-year initiative – the “Russia-U.S. Young Media Professionals Exchange Program.” The first round of the month-long exchange is set for April 2012.
