"Life is Ever Vibrant" for Pakistani Journalists Visiting the U.S.

On April 6, the ninth group of Pakistani journalists to participate in the U.S.-Pakistan Professional Partnership in Journalism returned home after spending nearly five weeks in the United States. The journalists worked in newsrooms across the country, producing reports for their host media, as well as their own.

The visiting journalists covered a range of topics, from the search for the missing Malaysia Airlines flight to Pakistan Day in America. A few of them had the chance to talk to U.S. audiences about conditions for journalists in Pakistan. Five of them shared their experiences in the U.S. with audiences around the world on the Urdu Service of Voice of America’s popular radio program Har Dum Rawan Hai Zindagi (Life is Ever Vibrant).
