Jay Tronson, 54, and his wife, Delia Williams-Tronson, finish packing his luggage in the living room of their home in Pearland a few minutes before his departure for Bush Intercontinental Airport in Houston on Aug. 4. Tronson, who does not have health insurance, is traveling to India to have hip surgery to save money. He thinks that years of jumping from a delivery truck for his job led to the injury.
