Please attach a description of no more than 800 words of your project proposal. (See guidelines for project proposal on the fellowship information guide.)

Applicants for this fellowship are required to have two confidential letters of recommendation sent to the advisory committee by March 1, 2005. The letters should comment on the applicant‚ his/her journalistic or media qualifications as well as his/her suitability for an overseas fellowship.
