As the Finance Associate with the International Center for Journalists, Stephanie Crouse assists with accounts receivable, processing expense reports, developing budgets, and preparing financial reports for the organization.
Her passion for holistic economic development led her to work as a Program Director for Manna Project International in Managua, Nicaragua. She worked with underserved communities directing programs in health, education, and livelihood. Utilizing her financial background, she managed the finances for the entire Nicaragua site and gained deeper exposure to nonprofit finance and compliance.
Upon returning to the US, she wanted to continue working for an international development nonprofit devoted to fueling positive change, prompting her to join ICFJ in 2019. Crouse graduated from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 2016 with a degree in Finance and International Business.
