Financial editor for Siempre Mujer, a magazine published by the Meredith Corporation, since 2005. He also writes for Ser Padres magazine.
Media Appearences: Has a financial and economic section on the Maria Elvira Live program titled “Explicame Xavier”. He has worked with financial analysts for Telemundo 47 of new York. He has been interviewed on Bloomberg Radio, SBS Communications and CNN Espanol. He had a segment on Sabado Gigante on Univision on finances. Serbia was also a producer and writer for the NBC Telemundo series “El Camino al Triunfo” sponsored by the Ford Foundation.
Serbia was the instructor for last year's Spanish language Personal Finance Reporting Online Course, funded by McGraw Hill.
Education: Graduate from Trinity College in Connecticut with a Master’s Degree in Economics. Completed an MBC with a concentration on finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management. Passed the 1st level of the CFA examination.
