Adolfo Berrios is a 2019 Professional Fellow from Latin America with ICFJ.
Adolfo Berrios is a Panamanian investigative journalist. Currently, he works at TVN Media, where he develops content for the website TVN Noticias.
He is also a member of Concolón, an independent collective focused on deep coverage of human rights-focused stories. Adolfo has been a member of investigative teams covering stories such as The Panama Papers and Lava Jato involving corruption and state contracts.
As a member of Concolón, he worked on Duelo: Memorias de una Invasión, an award-winning multimedia project focused on the 1989 U.S. invasion of Panama from the perspective of the victims’ relatives and the country’s collective memory. Before joining TVN and Concolón, he worked at the newspaper La Estrella de Panamá in the economy and finance section.
