Ari A. Shaw is a Communications Specialist, a versatile journalist, public relations officer, and event coordinator with a rich career spanning ten years in the media industry.

Ari's career is distinguished by his dynamic ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, meeting tight deadlines in various newsrooms. Over the years, he has contributed to several prominent media outlets, including San Pedro Sun (Belize), Iwitness News (IWN), IKTV, Boom FM, Searchlight News Paper, Asberth News Network (ANN), and Star FM. His freelance work has garnered attention for its depth, accuracy, and engaging storytelling.

In addition to his journalism credentials, Ari is the creator of Culture Uma Fest, Taiwan's first Caribbean Cultural Festival, showcasing his talent in public relations, marketing, and event planning. This innovative event highlights his commitment to promoting cultural diversity and his ability to successfully organize large-scale events.

Currently, Ari is the Communications Specialist at the Economic Planning Division in the government of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines; specifically, he works under two World Bank disaster response projects.

He is also the host of his “Off The Record” podcast, where he further highlights influential Vincentians, giving them an international platform to further their careers.
