Rosakebia Liliana Estela Mendoza

Rosakebia Estela Mendoza is passionate about learning. She holds interdisciplinary academic training in Biological Science, Creative & Cultural Industries, and Higher Education Teaching and Management. She has represented Peru in more than twenty international events combining the creative power of Art, Science, and Digital Humanities. Her cultural diplomacy path started after she placed herself as an outstanding young poet after receiving numerous literary awards. Since 2017, she has been exploring the entrepreneurship ecosystem and facilitating tech transfer in multicultural and interdisciplinary teams. Her work has been supported by International Entities such as The Council for Cultural Affairs, Republic of China (Taiwan); The Ministry of Education (MOE) of the Republic of China (Taiwan); the Pacific Alliance (AP) in collaboration with the governments of Peru, Chile, Mexico, and Colombia; the Municipality of Lima – Peru; Yunus Emre Enstitü, Turkey; Latinity network in collaboration with Women in Technology, Girls in Tech among others; Awaji Youth Federation from Pasona Group Inc. in Japan; the Department of Cultural Promotion of Thailand; Better Together & World Open Culture Global Network in Seoul, South Korea; the United Nations Youth Plenary, United States; the World Literacy Organization; and the World Bank Group (WBG) among others. She is currently working on designing digital solutions to address social challenges in various fields with a cross-innovation mindset catalyzing generosity, empathy, equity, and justice to all.
