A journalist with a master's degree in sociology, Simone is director of Énois and coordinator of journalistic management. She works on projects and research related to representation, articulation between newsrooms of different profiles, and management and sustainability of journalism. Among the projects she coordinates and develops at Énois are the Newsroom Diversity Toolbox and the Newsroom Diversity Program.
