I am passionate about social justice, empowering emerging voices and leadership development, and have worked for several internationally focused nonprofit organizations throughout my career. As the senior director of donor relations, I oversee ICFJ’s individual donor portfolio.
My background: Prior to joining ICFJ, I worked with the American Council of Young Political Leaders (ACYPL) for six years as development and special projects director, where I gained experience in donor stewardship and partnership cultivation. In this role, I was responsible for managing fundraising campaigns and initiatives, corporate and foundation partnerships, external communications and events. Additionally, between 2016-2020, in partnership with the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs, I led the implementation of the bi-annual Professional Fellows Congress – a conference for over 600 global leaders, entrepreneurs and journalists. I graduated from George Mason University in 2013 with a double major in global affairs and conflict resolution.
