HIV Prevention Reporting Fellowship Webinar

Do you want your application for ICFJ's HIV Prevention Reporting Fellowship to stand out? ICFJ offered a webinar for potential applicants so they could ask experts their questions about Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC), HIV prevention, and the fellowship program. Only those applications with detailed story proposals on VMMC will be considered, so strengthen your story proposal by learning more about the topic. Watch the archived version of this webinar!

Journalists from Botswana, Ethiopia, Kenya, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe are encouraged to apply for this fellowship. Applications are due October 19th.

Chris Conte lead the English webinar. Dr. Josephine Otchere-Darko of the Centre for HIV/Aids Prevention Studies joined him, and answered your questions about the topic.

Mercedes Sayagues lead the Portuguese webinar.

The English webinar took place on Thursday, September 17th, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. The video from the webinar appears here and below.

The Portuguese webinar took place on Friday, September 18th, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. CAT. Please click here for the Portuguese webinar.
